Terms and Conditions – JF Paintings

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.jfpaintings.com, provided by JF Paintings (org. no. 932 117 878)

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT. Payment is made through the available payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship orders within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at jfpaintings@outlook.com within a reasonable time. You have a 2-year right to file a complaint in accordance with consumer protection laws.
